THE RESTAURANT
The restaurant of the Chalet Saint-Barthélemy is designed as a small kitchen to discover, made available to guests who enjoy half board or full board. Also open to external guests, it offers a small "à la carte" menu with typical dishes of the Aosta Valley, prepared with ingredients that make the most of the products at "km O". Meat, sausages, cheeses and vegetables, as well as wines, come mostly from local producers who can be visited and contacted directly. Small guests can enjoy a menu dedicated to them.
